Retired Status
An active Diplomate in good standing who has voluntarily and completely retired from dental practice, administration and/or teaching.
If a Retired status Diplomate returns to practicing, teaching or administration in Dentistry, he/she must inform Headquarters within thirty (30) days at which time their status will be changed to 'Lifetime.'
