Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or by US Mail).

Qualifying Examination
    • Prior to January 15, 2012 = $75 processing fee
    • January 16, 2012 through April 15, 2012 = $100 processing fee
    • After April 15, 2012 = no refund
    • Failure to appear for the scheduled testing appointment = Candidate will be considered a “No Show” and will forfeit the entire $700 registration fee
The cancellation policy noted here is used regardless of the PearsonVue Testing Center cancellation policy.

Oral Clinical Examination: October 1-5, 2012:
    • Cancel prior to or on April 1, 2012 = refund less $100 processing fee
    • Cancel on April 2 to May 31, 2012 = 1/2 examination fee will be refunded
    • Cancel on or after June 1, 2012 = no refund
    • Failure to appear for the OCE = Candidate will be considered a No Show and will forfeit the entire examination fee.
