Verification of Board Status
Your verification(s) will be processed in the order that they are received and you should receive a response via fax within 7-10 days.
The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry requires a $25 fee per verification and the request needs to be in writing with a copy of the general release of information that has been signed by the pediatric dentist being reviewed.
The verification request and payment need to be directed to ABPD, 325 E Washington St., Suite 208, Iowa City, IA 52240 or can be faxed to 319-341-9499 if using MasterCard or Visa for payment.
