American Board of Pediatric Dentistry

The only conditions for an Examination Appeals Review are:
* Technical error by examiner
* Procedural difficulties in administration of an examination
* Discrimination of a candidate

Examination Results Appeal Form is used to appeal an examination decision and must be filed with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry within 30 days of the date on the notification letter. Appeal Form must be submitted with appropriate fee.

To apply for an extension of eligibility the Extension of Candidacy Form must be filed with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry prior to lapse of eligibility.

Application form can be completed electronically - must be printed and mailed or faxed with fee if applicable.

Note: This is notification that when an individual pays by check you are authorizing ABPD to convert your check to an electronic entry. This means you will not receive your check back in your financial institution statement. If your check is returned to us due to insufficient or uncollected funds, it may be re-presented electronically and your account will be debited.
