Revalidation Examination
The Revaliation Examination (RE) is available to Board Candidates who at sometime during their tenure with ABPD successfully completed the ABPD written examination but chose not to continue the certification process and their eligibility terminates.
To reactivate Board Candidacy status please call the ABPD Headquarters. To apply for the Revalidation Examination prior to the deadline of February 8, 2009 complete the forms below.
