"To whom much is given, much is expected!"
As the Granddaughter of Polish immigrants, I am forever grateful for the opportunities that have come my way all because of the courage and perseverance my Grandparents portrayed in their quest for a new life in the United States of America. I am reminded of these gifts every time an opportunity to excel and expand my education comes along.
One of those opportunities for which I will be eternally grateful is the opportunity to become a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and to become a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry. Another is the absolute privilege of participating in the ROC-P, a process that enables our knowledge of this great profession of Pediatric Dentistry to forever evolve and expand.
The call to participate in the ROC-P reminds me of a quote from President John F. Kennedy," To whom much is given, much is expected!" I am humbled to be among the greatest of colleagues and consider it the highest of privileges not only for myself but for my Grandparents who risked it all so that I could be where I am today.
Dr. Pamela M. Kaminski, DMD, Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry.
