Verify the Board Certification of a Pediatric Dental Provider
The American Board of Pediatric Dentistry (ABPD) requires the inquiring agency to have a copy of the General Release of Information signed by the pediatric dentist that is being reviewed. The agency must attest to have received the signed release form and must be able to produce a copy at the request of ABPD.
A $60 fee will be assessed for each verification requested.
